Ingredients:
- 2 cups Basmati rice
- 500 grams Chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste

- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Mint leaves (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 4 Green chilies (slit)
- 1 cup Fried onions
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Saffron strands
- 1/4 cup Rose water
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the rice
Step 1:Wash the basmati rice under running water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.

Marinate the chicken
Step 2:In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, chopped cilantro, and chopped mint leaves. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
