Ingredients:
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 block feta cheese
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
Supply:
- Large pot
- Frying pan
- Mixing spoon
- Pasta strainer
Instructions:

Cook the pasta
Step 1:Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preheat the oven
Step 2:Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the baking dish
Step 3:In a large baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.

Bake the tomatoes
Step 4:Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish, surrounded by the tomatoes.

Bake the pasta
Step 5:Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and the feta cheese has melted.

Combine the pasta and tomatoes
Step 6:Once baked, remove the feta cheese from the dish and gently mash it with a fork. Mix it with the tomatoes and olive oil mixture.

Add the pasta and basil
Step 7:Add the cooked penne pasta and fresh basil leaves to the baking dish. Toss everything together until well combined.
