Full English Breakfast Recipe
This Full English Breakfast Recipe will guide you in making a hearty and traditional English breakfast.

- 4 eggs
- 8 slices back bacon
- 4 pork sausages
- 1 can baked beans
- 4 tomatoes
- 8 button mushrooms
- 4 slices black pudding (optional)
- 2 large potatoes , peeled and grated (for hash browns, optional)
- 4 slices bread
- Butter , for spreading
- Salt and pepper , to taste
- Oil , for frying
- Frying pan
- Baking sheet
Cook the Bacon, Sausages, and Black Pudding
Step 1:In a large frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same pan, cook the sausages until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm with the bacon. If using black pudding, fry the slices in the same pan until crispy on both sides. Remove and keep warm.
Prepare the Tomatoes and Mushrooms
Step 2:Cut the tomatoes in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a little oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill in the oven until softened and slightly charred. In the same pan used for bacon and sausages, add a little oil if needed, and sauté the mushrooms until cooked through and slightly browned.
Cook the Hash Browns (Optional)
Step 3:If including hash browns, heat some oil in a separate pan and add the grated potatoes, pressing them down into a flat layer. Cook until crispy and golden on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
Heat the Baked Beans
Step 4:In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until hot.
Toast the Bread and Cook the Eggs
Step 5:Toast the slices of bread and spread with butter. You can cook the eggs in your preferred style (fried, scrambled, or poached). For fried eggs, add a little oil or butter to a pan and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
Assemble the Full English Breakfast
Step 6:Arrange all the cooked components on plates and serve the Full English Breakfast hot. Enjoy!
