Chicken tenders recipe

-Maida (All-Purpose Flour) 4 tbs sifted

-Anda (egg) 2

-Red Chilli Powder (Red Chilli Powder) 2 TBS or to taste

– Garlic powder (garlic powder). Tbs

-Namak (salt) 3 teaspoon or to taste

-Black pepper powder – 2 tsp

– Cayenne Powder. TBS

-Milk (milk) 5 tbs

-Short strips ps kg

-Breadcrumbs 2 & bs cup or as required

-Taking oil to roast

-Cab oil 3 tablespoons

-Yaz (onion) 3 medium cubes

-Carrot car cup

– Mushroom sliced. The cup

-Corn kernels els cup

-Namak (salt) or teaspoon or to taste

-Black pepper powder (black pepper powder). Small spoon

-Red Chilli Powder (Red Chili Powder) 1 teaspoon or to taste

Cumin powder (cumin powder) 1 teaspoon

– Rice powder. TBS

– Tomato paste 2 Tbs

-Soy Sauce 3 Tables

-Back 1 cup or as required

-1-3 tons required or as required

-Water 2-4 Tbs

-Chawal (rice) boiled with salt

– Leaves our onion (green onion)

Grated cottage cheese

– mozzarella grated

-In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, egg, red chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper powder, cayenne powder, milk and whisk well.

-Put chicken, mix well and marinate for 50 minutes.

-Take a bowl, add breadcrumbs and coat marinated chicken with breadcrumbs.

– In the frying pan, add cooking oil and fry the chicken strips until golden brown.

-In a pan, add cooking oil, onion, carrot, mushroom, corn kernel and mix well.

-Add ginger, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chicken powder and mix well.

-Take some tomato paste, soy sauce, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

-Add water, mix well and bring to boil.

-Pour well by adding water to the cornflour.

-Now add cornflour to the batter, mix well and cook until the sauce thickens.

– In this serving bowl add boiled rice, prepared vegetable sauce, green onion leaves, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and melted cheese with a blow torch.

Fried chicken strips and serve!
