Chicken Mince Samosa Recipe

This Chicken Mince Samosa Recipe will teach you how to make delicious and crispy samosas filled with flavorful chicken mince.
Note: You can customize the spices and add vegetables of your choice to the chicken mince filling.
Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken mince
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 10 sheets samosa pastry

- Mixing bowl

Prepare the filling
Step 1:Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger until golden brown. Add the chicken mince and cook until it is no longer pink. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.

Assemble the samosas
Step 2:Take a samosa pastry sheet and fold it into a triangle shape. Place a spoonful of the chicken mince filling in the center of the triangle. Fold the pastry sheet to form a samosa shape, sealing the edges with water. Repeat this process with the remaining pastry sheets and filling.

Fry the samosas
Step 3:Heat oil in a deep fryer. Carefully place the samosas in the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove the samosas from the oil and drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
